Q: How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?
A: We offer free shipping and handling for all products in our store.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! We always want you in the loop. Tracking information will automatically be sent to your email once your order has shipped, and updates will be emailed to you as well.
Q: What carriers does Topeakmart use to ship their orders?
A: All Topeakmart orders ship out via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac. Each shipping method will be based according to the size and quantity of the items ordered.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: In-stock merchandise typically ships within 2-7 business days from the time an order is processed, via FEDEX, UPS or USPS.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Please send the cancel request to info@topeakmart.com on the same day that the order was placed. Our team will cancel the order for you freely. If the order has already been shipped out, we would request that you the return fee.
Q: What if I don't receive my order?
A: Please contact the carrier to see if they have delivered the item to the right address. Meanwhile, we also recommend sending us your phone number so we can put a claim against the carrier to search for your package.
Q: Where can I find assembly instructions?
A: We will add a copy of assembly instructions in every product package that requires assembly. You can also contact our customer service via info@topeakmart.com to get one.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.
Q: How can I return a product?
A: Our returns team aims to make your experience as easy and seamless as possible. Items can be returned within 30 days from purchase date. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. We cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. If packaging is not available, your item cannot be processed for a return.

Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
*Please note: We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if product didn’t meet your expectation nor placed a wrong order after order has been shipped out.
